Birchington Parish Council considers legal action over approval for 1,600 property scheme on agricultural land

Well, it looks like our local council is gearing up for a bit of a fight! Birchington Parish Council is thinking about taking legal action after a decision was made regarding a large property development planned for some of our precious agricultural land. This is certainly something that will affect us all here in Birchington.
